Est wind is blowing for the closing event of the ERF’s first concert season in the Stignani Theatre in Imola, on March 28, at 21.00

Anush Nikoghosyan, young Armenian violinist and Rostislav Krimer, Belarusian pianist, winners of several international competitions, will enchant the audience with the performance of four sonatas considered among the most interesting of this musical form.

The concert will start with the Violin Sonata n. 1 in A minor by Robert Schumann and its passionate surges, deep introspection and romantic wistfulness, to move to the extraordinary wealth of creativity and originality Johannes Brahms’ Violin Sonata n. 3 in D minor. The Sonata for violin and piano in G minor by Claude Debussy, the last work the French composer performed in public before his death, will open the second part of the concert. At the end, the charm of the Sonata for violin and piano by César Franck, the masterpiece that struck and inspired the great Marcel Prous too.
